1. How much is the shipping?
The shipping cost to most countries is $12 -$18, no matter how many items in you order.
2. How long you can recieve the order?
It takes around 3-5 days to process the items.
After the order sent, the package may deliver in around 1-2 weeks with DHL/Fedex/UPS. EMS takes more days.
3. May I get the free gift?
According to your order amount, we can try to apply cetain gifts.
4. Where do we when an order gets paid?
After you send payment for an order, please send the payment details to to our email: service@nicehats.cn
so we can check and update the order.
5. How to track the package?
We'll send the tracking number and track website to your email.

6. What’s the payment method?
We currently accept Zelle and Wise.
Zelle takes debit card and bank account.
Wise takes both debit card and credit card.
7. What should you do when something is not in stock?
You can pick something with the same price for replacement. The more choices, the better.
8. Return or Exchange
Sorry, we do not have return and exchange service.
Q. If I order wrong items, or wrong size, can i return and exchange the goods?
( or I don't like the goods received?)
A. We don't take responsibility while it's the buyer's personal preference or mistake, so please double confirm the goods and sizes when make order.
Q. I received wrong items /wrong size, can I exchange?
A. when you found the items not correct upon arrival, please take pictures of the items, and contact our customer service, we would check and solve it properly.
9. Refund Policy
Q. Can I ask refund if the order is not fllfilled?
A. Sorry, currently there is no refund on our site.
1> If you dont want the order, you can replace the items to others at similar price.
2> If the package got lost, you could file a case again the shipping company and provide us the case No. , we will take next action and resend another package.
3> For the package seized by customs, we would resend Once again (Once Only).
